Rotor Services Limited, headquartered at the Region of Waterloo International Airport in Breslau, Ontario, is a full-service helicopter maintenance and support provider.

Founded in 1988 by Bill Leyburne, the company draws on nearly 200 years of combined industry expertise to deliver on every job.

As Eastern Canada’s only approved Authorized Robinson Helicopter Service Center on R22/R44/R66 with component repair capabilities, Rotor Services offers a comprehensive suite of capabilities—scheduled maintenance, component repair, complete overhauls, leasing solutions, pre-purchase inspections, vibration analysis and flight testing.

Founded in 1988 by Bill Leyburne, Rotor Services Limited has been delivering top-tier helicopter maintenance and support from our Waterloo International Airport (YKF) base for over 35 years. As a Transport Canada–approved AMO (51-91), we’ve deployed our team across Canada, Northern Ontario, the U.S., St. Lucia, and Macedonia—setting up Sub-AMOs in Timmins, North Bay, Skopje, Zagreb, and Kingstown—where we’ve specialized in Robinson, Bell 206 Series, MD500s, Gyros, AS350's and EC130's
